Munching on premium, fresh popcorn is simply a divine pastime. At Island Popper, this special snack is always crafted from scratch using non-GMO kernels and 100% coconut oil.And, the award-winning shop is presenting several new popcorn flavors to savor in the upcoming weeks.
“We are celebrating the end of summer this month with some of our most popular flavors,” says owner Andrea Tournis-Vagenas. “Next month is all about fall and Halloween!”
This upcoming week, pop on over to the shop to pick up perfectly purple Ube Coconut popcorn (starting at $4). Scratch-made caramel is combined with real ube and coconut “to set this gourmet confection apart from any other flavor,” Tournis-Vagenas describes.
Li Hing Organic Butter (starting at $4) will be on the menu during the last week of September. This all-time favorite flavor mixes organic butter, Hawaiian sea salt and “just the right amount of li hing zing to take it over the top,” says Tournis-Vagenas.
Every week of October, a fresh and festive fall popcorn flavor will be offered. Pumpkin Spice Pecan Caramel starts the first week followed by Jalapeño Cheddar the second week.
From Oct. 16 through Halloween, Monster Munch will be on the Island Popper menu. Green apple caramel, festive M&M’s and pretzel sticks sealed in special Halloween cups make the perfect spooky treat.
