The restaurant also fea tures Won Ton Noodle Soup ($9.95) with shrimp and minced pork, and House Pan-fried Noodles ($13.50) with Hong Kong pan-fried noodles, vegetables, chicken, shrimp, scallops and shitake mushrooms.
All dishes are cooked to order. The restaurant also has an à la carte menu, party trays and specialty items for order.
“Although it is difficult to run a business due to high cost and labor shortages, we are making the best of the situation for everyone by offering the lowest price for restaurant-quality food,” Leung says.
