Host Anne Lee is joined by Hula Grill’s Executive Chef Paul Rivera and learns how to prepare their Ahi Poke Taco at the beautiful Outrigger Waikiki.

Ahi Poke Taco

Ingredients

  • Ahi, fresh small dice 3 oz
  • Onion, Maui small dice 0.25 oz
  • Onion, green small dice 0.25 oz
  • Poke dressing 1 oz
  • Mando wrapper, fried 3pcs
  • Avocado mash 3oz
  • Wasabi aioli 1tbsp
  • Sesame seed, black 0.5 tsp

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl mix ahi, onions and poke dressing
  2. On a small plate place avocado mash in to 3 small dallops
  3. Place poke in mando fried shell
  4. Place shell on top of avocado mash
  5. Drizzle wasabi aioli over poke and sprinkle with sesame seeds
