Menu features worldwide flavors

Tasting Thursday features locally inspired dishes.

Indulge in a weekly three-course menu at Stage Restaurant that features a rotating medley of dishes themed around fresh, local produce, new techniques and trending flavors. Tasting Thursday is a way to enjoy a little bit of everything from the brilliant culinary minds at Honolulu Design Center’s famed eatery.

“With limitations on what we were all allowed to do, a meal shared with family and friends remains one of the purest ways to have fun and we played on that idea,” shares general manager Alice Ancarani. “We wanted to show appreciation for our guests who showed us so much love and support through this time, and providing new experiences weekly is one of the ways we get to do that.”

The three-course dinner is $50, with a wine pairing available for $25 more.

“For our upcoming menus, we’re playing with flavors from around the world,” adds Ancarani. “We’ll be doing a Spanish-inspired menu and then moving on to France, showcasing some of chef’s favorite flavors. We can travel a little through our dishes, right?”
