Dig into a delicious St. Patrick’s Day feast

Fresh Corned Beef with Cabbage ($19.95)

Traditional Irish lore dates back for centuries and holds that spotting an exceedingly rare four-leaf clover allows a person to obtain very good luck. However, you don’t need to capture a clover to ensure good fortune, because Cinnamon’s at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites stands ready to feed you a sumptuous St. Patrick’s Day menu on Tuesday, March 17.

Head chef and restaurant partner Carsie Green says he plans to serve some mouthwatering special dishes that day to help patrons celebrate the Irish-themed holiday.

Pistachio Nut Pancakes ($10.50/short stack)

For starters, Green shares that the Waikiki restaurant will offer Fresh Corned Beef ($17.95/breakfast and lunch). Breakfast will feature cabbage and corned beef with two eggs and starch. Lunch will have corned beef with hearty potatoes, carrots and cabbage. During breakfast and lunch, the eatery will also have a delectable, savory Lamb Stew Loco Moco ($16.95), featuring two fresh eggs.

“It has a thick gravy,” Green adds.

Fresh Corned Beef with eggs ($17.95)

Another meaty mouthful on the St. Patrick’s Day menu will be the Fresh Corned Beef Hash ($15.95). Two eggs and starch will accompany this delightful dish, Green shares.

Don’t forget to eat something sweet on St. Paddy’s Day, like the restaurant’s famed Pistachio Nut Pancakes ($10.50 for a short stack of two, or $13.95 for a full stack of four).

Irish Shepherd’s Pie ($17.95)

Lunch and dinner on March 17 will feature many other special selections, including Mulligatawny Soup (cup for $6.95; bowl for $8.95), Irish Shepherd’s Pie ($17.95), Fresh Corned Beef with Cabbage along with potatoes and carrots ($19.95), and Lamb Stew with rice ($17.95).

Lamb Stew ($17.95)

The Mulligatawny Soup has tender chicken, onions, eggplant, celery and more in a flavorful broth. Meanwhile, Cinnamon’s Irish Shepherd’s Pie is chock-full of beef, lamb, potatoes, celery, onions and more. Diners can also dig into the satisfying Lamb Stew, which includes a medley of potatoes, carrots, onions and celery.
