The Supreme Menu ($120 per person, not including tax and gratuity) elevates the experience with local favorites including Roast Crisp Duck with Plum Sauce, Seafood Stir-Fry with Black Bean Sauce, Sherry Chicken, Misoyaki Butterfish, Alaskan Crab Legs with Pernod Butter and Catch of the Day with Roasted Garlic Chili Cream Sauce.

Guests are also invited to enjoy Hau Tree Lanai’s cuisine during traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner service daily. To start the day off right, enjoy a robust Acai Bowl ($18) that is built with Greek yogurt, Anahola Granola, banana and berries.

For lunch, order up a fresh Papaya Chicken Salad ($20) as diced poached chicken breast is seasoned with Dijon mustard and mayonnaise and served atop half an island fresh papaya crown along with sliced fruit. Classic Eggs Benedict ($20) is another popular choice that features turkey, Canadian bacon and poached eggs on grilled English muffins topped with hollandaise sauce served with breakfast potatoes. This must-try classic was voted “Best Eggs Benedict” by 111-Hawaii for 2017 and 2018.
