Summer is the season for celebrations, and Big City Diner has guests covered with party platters for any occasion. Corporate chef Dennis Franks, who has been with the eatery for 24 years, hopes guests will have “a relaxing, enjoyable, and very blessed experience for choosing to dine with us.”
The restaurant features the Boneless Korean Kalbi Ribs Platter ($159.99), the Guava BBQ Glazed Baby Back Ribs Platter ($139.99), Uncle Danny’s Fried Rice Platter ($69.99) and the Garden House Salad ($36.99). These dishes can be enjoyed both on and off-site and can feed between 12 and 15 people. The menu items are an excellent catering choice for meetings, graduations, birthdays, weddings and parties for the upcoming holiday season.
Customers interested in catering options may contact Jody, the director of catering, at 808-657-7711.
“Hopefully, most people enjoy their dining experience and return to us,” Franks says. “Along with our holiday meals to enjoy in the restaurant, we offer family meals ready to eat or reheat, where we did all the cooking for you.”
