La Vie is known for luxurious dining with stunning panoramic Pacific Ocean views, live piano music, decadent dishes and complimentary valet parking.
“Our farm-to-table approach remains at the core of everything we do,” explains chef de cuisine Patrick Collins. “We draw inspiration from local ingredients, seasonal harvests and collaborations within our community, allowing us to craft a menu that continuously celebrates the beauty and flavors of Hawaii.”
To celebrate its fifth anniversary, La Vie is offering a Three-Course Menu ($85). The dinner option allows guests to choose dishes for each course that suit their tastes.
“This update comes from a place of gratitude and a desire to make our dining experience even more accessible while keeping the quality you love,” Collins explains. “We’re also shifting toward traditional portion sizes to ensure our guests leave both satisfied and delighted.”
According to Collins, the Three-Course Menu includes standout dishes that showcase the spirit of La Vie.
For the first course, Pacific Big Eye Tuna features locally sourced tuna paired with Puna heart of palm, green curry avocado and a touch of cilantro.
An option for the second course is the House Steak Frites. The comfort dish with a French twist is served with grass-fed Hawaii beef and béarnaise mousseline.
For the final course, the Basque Cheesecake is a popular selection. Sweet Land Farm chèvre, Laie vanilla and seasonal fresh fruit create the rich, sweet Basque-style cheesecake.
“We’re dedicated to creating an experience that’s both welcoming and unforgettable,” concludes Collins.
