Lunch Special ($9.99, for members)

Tucked away in Market City Shopping Center, Kamitoku Japanese Hot Pot delights patrons with its 70-plus-year legacy, tasty beef bone broth and so much more on its ever-expanding menu.

“Enjoy Japanese-style highballs, Japanese beers and popular homemade snacks at affordable prices,” says general manager and co-owner Yu Conceicao. “You can now enjoy not only our hot pot dishes, but also a range of izakaya-style offerings.”

Kamitoku Japanese Hot Pot hosts a happy hour with special pricing as well as enticing appetizers from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays.

New appetizer options include cream croquettes made with Tottori snow crab, Japanese-style thick omelets and mini wagyu beef skewers served sizzling on a hot plate (call for cost).

In addition to happy hour and dinner, Kamitoku Japanese Hot Pot is a popular destination for lunch. An alluring $9.99 special for loyalty program members includes a satisfying hot pot set with beef bone broth, meat, Japanese vegetables and ramen.

Guests can enroll in the loyalty program using their phone number. According to Conceicao, as members accumulate points, they earn rewards such as free appetizers, meat and other gifts.

The eatery’s carefully crafted, signature washugyu beef bone broth is highly recommended for any meal.

In collaboration with film coordinator Maki Konikson, the new Maki Special (call for cost) is a lighter version of Kamitoku’s original beef bone broth. The Maki Special highlights yuzu and coriander for a refreshing, authentically Japanese taste that is not-to-be-missed, along with other mouthwatering menu options.
