Meet Fresh Honolulu franchise owner Eric Li has loved authentic Asian desserts all his life. When the longtime Oahu resident initially tasted Meet Fresh’s traditional Taiwanese desserts, he says they “hit the spot.”
“I wanted to bring the Meet Fresh brand to the community so local customers could enjoy the taste without flying to Asia,” says Li, who opened the Ala Moana Center eatery in September 2022.
“Meet Fresh’s mission is to spread the love of dessert to more people, so this also aligns with my vision,” he continues.
For the midsummer season, standout items from Meet Fresh’s menu include the Pudding & Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice (pictured, $16.75 large), seasonal Mango Milk Shaved Ice ($17.75 large) and QQ Winter Melon Tea ($7.25).
Each of these treats are refreshing, not overly sweet, and made-to-order with high-quality local and Taiwan-imported ingredients to ensure ultimate freshness.
A large shaved ice is ideal for sharing and making memories with friends and family in Meet Fresh’s comfortable restaurant. A medium shaved ice, bowl dessert or drink is perfect for a solo recharging session.
“I believe Meet Fresh Honolulu is a great place to hang out with friends and family and enjoy delicious desserts,” Li adds. “Moving forward, we will continue to bring our customers exciting new items while maintaining overall quality. We invite you to create more unforgettable moments with us!”
