The Uni Special Course Menu ($150) starts with tantalizing appetizers like short ribs and sea urchin, uni shooter, and eggplant and sea urchin with ginger sauce.
The bountiful multicourse menu continues with tuna sea urchin with salmon roe “yamakake”; sea urchin chawanmushi; scallop and sea urchin hand roll; abalone and sea urchin with basil sauce; sea urchin and shiso tempura; crab sauce with egg tofu and sea urchin; beef fillet and sea urchin steak; and sea urchin, flounder, red shrimp and chirashi sushi with miso soup to round out the memorable dining experience.
