Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, The Grove is ready to serve guests with a vast menu and friendly customer service.
“The food and beverages really are great,” says director of food and beverage Ben Bickford. “My hope is that when guests leave us, that there is sense of wanting to be back as soon as possible.”
Nestled in The Modern Honolulu, a Hilton Vacation Club, the restaurant has sweet and savory options to satisfy patrons of all ages. Its Ube Mochi Pancakes ($19) with coconut whipped cream, ube cream sauce and lilikoi curd are perfect for those wishing to add some sweetness to their morning.
For lunch, guests are welcome to sample the Kalua Pork Dip ($20) with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, and au jus on a hoagie roll, and for dinner, there’s the Braised Short Ribs ($40) over buttery mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables with a red wine demi-glace.
In addition to the menu, guests can also enjoy a view of Ala Wai Boat Harbor and the ocean beyond.
“The ambiance of the Grove is very relaxing,” Bickford says. “The vision is to make every guest feel as if they are right in the comfort of their own home but with a much better view.”
As the holidays quickly approach, The Grove is also planning to serve a four-course plated dinner special on Christmas Day with black cod, bone-in rib-eye and much more.
“Come escape the day-today with us and unwind with good food and beverages and watch the sunset behind the marina,” Bickford says.
