Seo has grown deep roots in the local culinary community through nearly 30 years working in the restaurant industry at the retail and wholesale levels. He previously owned popular takeout spot Ahi & Vegetable, and currently supplies meat and seafood on the wholesale market for local businesses, as well as some in the mainland. Additionally, his work as a fish auction buyer for more than 20 years helps him find the freshest fish available that he can pass on to customers at the best prices possible — a win-win for the business and guests.
