Fresh, sweet, great to eat

The Hawaiian sun brings the heat to the islands, and Meet Fresh helps people cool down with its shaved ice, jellies and teas.

“One of our mottos of Meet Fresh is ‘desserts are our universal language,’” says Eric Li, Meet Fresh Honolulu branch owner. “We believe delicious food can overcome the culture and language barrier and make everyone enjoy the items.”

Icy Taro Ball Signature ($9.75)

Brought to the U.S. in 2014, Meet Fresh opened its Honolulu doors in the summer of 2022 and offers customers a wide variety of desserts, drinks and snacks. Some of these options include Mini Q Milk Tea ($6.25) and Mango and Passion Fruit Green Tea ($6.25). However, the restaurant doesn’t just specialize in cold treats but also offers hot menu options as well, such as the Hot Red Bean Soup ($9.75).

“We want to bring our customers an unforgettable experience and wonderful memories after their visit,” says Li. “In addition, we hope Meet Fresh can be a good place for friends and family to hang out or individuals can get some rest and recharge.”

To accomplish this, the restaurant offers a comfortable dine-in area and amenities such as free chargers, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Li hopes to expand Meet Fresh across Hawaii in the future. The eatery is currently offering a free Mini Q Winter Tea promotion when a customer spends $20.
