Seo has developed deep roots in the local culinary community through nearly 30 years working in the food industry at the retail and wholesale levels. He previously owned popular takeout spot Ahi & Vegetable and currently supplies meat and seafood on the wholesale market for local businesses as well as some on the mainland.
Additionally, his work as a fish auction buyer for more than 20 years helps him find the freshest fish available that he can pass on to customers at the best prices possible — a win-win for the business and hungry guests.
