With “great value and a broad menu catering to local families and taste buds of all ages” it’s no wonder many people “‘let Ramen Ya be (their) second kitchen,’” says president Dorothy Lee, quoting the eatery’s tagline.
Conveniently located in seven shopping centers, Ramen Ya has “a clean, bright and comfortable atmosphere,” says Lee, along with delectable dishes — for dine in, takeout or catering.
The most popular item is Combo A Set ($14.95). Featuring a Japanese-style signature ramen, four pieces of gyoza and one choice of either mini fried rice, chicken katsu, mochiko chicken, Spam katsu or beef curry, this set is sure to please both the taste buds and the wallet.
A great place to start when looking through Ramen Ya’s expansive noodle offerings is the Black Garlic Ramen ($13.95). This customer favorite contains a signature broth — crafted by slowly boiling pork bone and other premium ingredients for more than 10 hours. Shoyu then seasons the broth, and the Japanese ramen is topped with seaweed, char siu, an egg, green onions and crispy onions.
The restaurant has also started serving a high fiber ramen — a popular, healthy alternative.
For extra economical value, stop by Ramen Ya from 2 to 5 p.m. for happy hour, which offers a free four-piece set of gyoza with each regular meal.
“Our portions are generous, and our prices are very reasonable,” Lee shares. “No need to go grocery shopping, cook or clean dishes; we save you time and money by coming to us!”
