As guests enter Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant, they are treated to a palace of Asian-inspired design serving a multitude of culinary delights from soup to fillets.
“We bring joy and happiness as many customers love our food,” says executive chef Thomas Ho. “I enjoy seeing people enjoy my food, it makes me happy to see them happy.”
Ho and his staff are ready to serve, beginning with an appetizer of Soft Tofu with Assorted Seafood and Vegetables made in a bamboo steamer ($18.95). Ho says this is the perfect dish for summer, along with Hong Kong Style Beef Curry ($21.95) made by skillfully mixing two types of curry with coconut milk and garlic.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy Drunken Clams ($23.95) made from Manila clams poached in two Chinese wines, garlic and parsley.
“We want to create new and innovative dishes. Our owners travel and they get inspiration for new menu items this way,” Ho says.
Each of these delicious options can be enjoyed by a group of more than three people.
In addition to the great food, the restaurant also accommodates banquet-style large parties and has a stage perfect for weddings or any other celebration.
