Rinka Japanese Restaurant has rolled out its highly anticipated Omakase Course Spring Menu to celebrate the vibrant flavors of the season.
Located on the Aeo tower’s ground level within the bustling Ward Village, Rinka features an assortment of authentic Japanese cuisine including sushi, tempura, soba and sashimi prepared fresh by the talented heart-of-the-house team.
The seven-course Omakase set menu ($100 per person, plus tax) is available through May 31 and features an appetizer of Lotus Root with thick mochi sauce; Sashimi Yukhoe; Grilled Burikama with Japanese pepper sauce; Wagyu Beef with Crunchy Soba Salad; Simmered Seasonal Potato Manju; a rice dish featuring Cherry Bass Chazuke with Karasumi; and for dessert, Fruits Anmitsu.
As a reminder, reservations for this special set menu must be made at least a day in advance, the menu is served for dine-in dinner service only and is subject to change based on availability.
Those with allergies or special dietary requirements should let the restaurant team know when making reservations.
“This spring menu really feels like the season; it’s very colorful, and the way the dishes are prepared, they’re not the same as our traditional menu items,” manager Midori Omura says. “If you’re looking to enjoy Japanese food with your favorite beverage, and hang out with friends and family, we’re here to welcome you with a great meal, drinks and excellent customer service.”
