A culinary gem within a golf club

Some of Pearl Country Club’s popular dishes

Since its establishment in 1967, Pearl Country Club has offered its guests what they come to expect when visiting Oahu: stunning ocean views and a dining experience that’s a real gem.

“We serve great food with value, and you are able to enjoy your meal with a beautiful view of Pearl Harbor,” says executive chef Aurelio Garcia.

Overlooking a luxurious 72-acre golf course, the club’s restaurant offers both breakfast and lunch. On the menu are soups, salads and sandwiches.

Some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes are the Oriental Chicken Salad ($14) with tomatoes, mandarin oranges, won ton chips, chicken and dressing, and the Pearl Clubhouse sandwich ($15), which features turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato served on white or wheat bread with side choices of steak fries, mac salad or mixed greens.

For those looking for a lighter option, the club also serves chef Garcia’s homemade Oxtail Soup ($20) with white or brown rice and ginger. In addition, the club has a snack bar for golfers who are looking for a quick bite on the go.

“My favorite part of being with Pearl Country Club is being a part of our ohana,” Garcia says. “We create great memories with each other.”
