With an array of combination entrées and a la carte selections buoyed by time-tested recipes, guests at Kabuki Restaurant & Delicatessen appreciate the extraordinary value and service served up at the Waimalu Shopping Center dining destination. Diners can look forward to an array of popular combination sets, including Hamachi Kama/Shrimp Tempura ($24.95) and Teishoku-Oyster/Miso Butterfish ($25.50). Chicken Tofu ($17.50) is a popular a la carte selection featuring distinct flavors.

Guests can build lunch plates from more than 20 different items (prices vary), including the “huge, ginormous” cone sushi. Deep-fried halibut is another customer favorite, as are marinated chicken and konbu maki — a seaweed wrap with pork, carrots and gobo — daily specials that rotate throughout the week.

Kabuki’s deli and okazuya service is available from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily, and guests can enjoy an array of local favorites. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch (11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.) and dinner (5-8:30 p.m.) service to complement the daily okazuya offerings.

“We are so grateful to our regular faithful customers, as well as new guests every day, who support us and continue to enjoy our food,” says owner John Afong. “We’ve kept our prices the same even when dealing with higher food and labor costs to provide the best value possible for our guests.”
