As the gentle warmth of fall fills the air, Stage Restaurant is celebrating with its last monthly OvationWine Dinner of the year. Showcasing a four-course dinner ($65) along with a wine pairing ($40) by Sky Cameron from ChambersWine Merchants, the Nov. 29 meal will give guests a memorable experience.
Diners will start with housemade Cranberry Bread with honey butter followed by an amuse-bouche of aWarm Cranberry-Cinnamon Shooter. Then, a Bucatini Pasta alongside butternut cream with smoked kalua pig, kale, housemade ricotta, garlic crisp and arugula completes the first course.
The second course is a Maple Glazed Pan Roasted Duck Breast with kabocha and bean cassoulets, apple wood bacon, Brussels sprouts and pickled red cabbage. The grand finale is Anise Spiced Braised Beef Dumplings served with roasted mushrooms, truffled creamy Parmesan polenta, Broccolini, crispy shallots and brown butter apples.
A delicious dessert will top off the unique experience, and a glass of perfectly paired wine will be offered with each course.
