Under the guidance of executive chef Aurelio Garcia, the dining team prepares an array of options, from breakfast favorites like buttermilk pancakes or loco moco to refreshing salads or its famous oxtail soup. Pearl Country Club’s restaurant features poplar salads including Oriental Chicken Salad ($14) crafted with mixed greens, tomatoes, Mandarin oranges, sesame seeds, chicken, won ton chips and a zesty dressing.
Take a swing at the Pearl Clubhouse ($15), as this hearty sandwich is constructed with white or wheat bread, turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato, along with one’s choice of steak fries, macaroni salad or mixed greens.
Chef Aurelio’s popular Oxtail Soup ($20) is a mainstay, as the hearty soup is accented with white or brown rice and ginger, and guests may also add ramen noodles for an additional $2.
