Beer Bratwurst ($14)
Enjoy delicious grilled fare in an open-air setting at The Grove, which is located in The Modern Honolulu.
In honor of Memorial Day, the restaurant will be firing up the grill and cooking poolside from noon to 6 p.m. on May 30.
Its BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich ($14) features pulled pork served with coleslaw, pickled jalapeño and chips, while its Beer Bratwurst ($14) is served on a hoagie roll with caramelized onion, pickled jalapeños, honey Dijon mustard and chips. Both featured items will be made to order.
In addition to its grilled items, The Grove’s full menu, which includes American classics, will also be available, and will be prepared in the kitchen instead of out on the pool deck.
