Discover authentic Japanese cuisine at Rinka, located in Ward Village. Whether diners are looking to enjoy lunch or dinner, the restaurant’s various menus ensure there is something to satisfy all appetites.
Rinka’s Omakase Spring Menu ($100) consists of seven courses. In addition to three kinds of appetizers — boiled Kona abalone, deep-fried crab and tuna yukhoe with sea urchin — guests can indulge in soup, sashimi, steamed chawanmushi with Japanese sea lettuce, and grilled lobster tail with yuzo miso garlic butter. Also included are seven kinds of sushi, plus daifuku mochi ice cream for dessert.
While all the courses are delicious, restaurant manager Midori Omura is particularly excited for patrons to try the grilled lobster tail.
“We offer a wide variety of authentic Japanese dishes that are sure to be memorable,” Omura says. “A wide variety of alcohol, especially sake and wines, are also available. We take great pride in the quality of our food, and our customers love our service as well.”
The Omakase Spring Menu is available through May 31, and reservations must be made in advance.
