With the holiday season in the rearview mirror, there’s still time to celebrate winter at Rinka Japanese Restaurant with the Omakase Winter Course Menu.
The seven-course set menu ($80) is available through Feb. 28 and begins with Egg Tofu with shuto and Japanese spinach ohitashi along with monkfish liver with ponzu. Up next are three varieties of seasonal sashimi followed by Deep-Fried Cod with Spinach Soup.
Washu Beef and Bamboo Shoots are prepared “Tarutaru style,” and are then followed up with Snow Crab and Abalone along with Japanese eggplant gratin. To round out the delicious meal, enjoy Black Throat Seaperch Kamameshi and miso soup preceding Homemade Creamy Pudding of the day for dessert.
Situated on the Ae‘o tower’s ground level within the bustling Ward Village, Rinka offers an assortment of authentic Japanese cuisine including sushi, tempura, soba and sashimi that are prepared fresh by the talented heart-of-the-house team.
