Delight in delicious Japanese cuisine at Nanzan Giro Giro, which specializes in kaiseki-style dining. The restaurant’s set menu features multiple courses, allowing guests to enjoy an array of beautiful flavors.

The restaurant’s inventive menu, which changes monthly, is carefully curated by chef Yoshihiro Matsumoto and is based on seasonal ingredients and flavors.

The “flower” dish, which is part of one of the kaiseki menus, features lobster and lobster tomato sauce, part of the kaiseki menu.

It includes a delicate balance of rich local elements, as well as quality ingredients from Kyoto, such as Japanese bluefin tuna.

With a revolving menu, frequent customers have the opportunity to always try something new. For newcomers, the menu’s set courses take out the guesswork of what to order for dinner.

Matsumoto is big on customer relationships and strives to provide diners with a memorable culinary experience. He encourages guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy the restaurant’s comfortable modern atmosphere with a Japanese flair.

Patrons can indulge in a six-course menu for $78 or a nine-course menu for $143.

The restaurant boasts a unique spread such as the “crescent moon” dish, an open sandwich containing duck and foie gras, and the “flower” dish, which features lobster and lobster tomato sauce.

Matsumoto recommends the Sohomare Karakuchi sake, as it pairs nicely with the menus’ ingredients.
