Egg White Frittata ($20)

Breakfast gets an elegant treatment at In-Yo Café in Waikiki. Located within the five-star Trump International Hotel, the café is a breezy, open-air space on the sixth floor of the building, mere steps away from Waikiki beach.

Prior to the pandemic, In-Yo Café was popular for its traditional breakfast buffet. Today, the buffet has been replaced by a family-style breakfast that is just as appetizing and delicious. With the Ohana Breakfast, an array of fresh fruits, breakfast pastries, mini yogurt parfaits, breakfast potatoes and Yukon gold potatoes grace the table. Guests can also choose an enticing entrée, such as an eggs Benedict with choice of Canadian bacon, sautéed spinach and seared tomato; Kula pork on an English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce; or a delectable buttermilk pancake served with yuzu custard and fresh berries.

Avocado Toast ($20)

Other entrée options include a sweetbread French toast with pineapple and vanilla relish, rum caramel and topped with whipped cream, and a three-egg omelet with savory fillings like ham, bacon, onion and peppers.

Ohana Breakfast ($35)

“Our Ohana Breakfast is very popular,” says Patsy Narimatsu, director of sales and marketing. “Guests love the idea of not having to leave their table, the presentation of breakfast is awesome and the attention they receive from the waitstaff make our guests feel like VIPs.”

Prices are $35 per adult; $17 for keiki ages 6-12; and keiki 5 and younger eat free. Non-hotel guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast by the beach — the hotel provides four-hour complimentary valet parking.
