Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki restaurant sits conveniently nestled inside Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger.
Esteemed throughout Hawaii for its delicious craft beers and fulfilling food, the eatery recently unveiled its new renovations.
“We just reopened for lunch, extended our hours, and changed our floor plan to accommodate Tier 3. We are still offering the same base menu, but we have increased our daily specials to include up to five specials a day,” ex plains general manager and partner Shawn Shelton.
Far from your typical pub grub, the cuisine at the restaurant features an American base, but with local flair and themes. The island influences include the types of sauces utilized, and how the management and staff work with local farmers to obtain those special seasonal ingredients.
Huli Glazed Chicken Wings ($16.50) are among the mouthwatering offerings at Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki. The juicy, tender wings are carefully seasoned and presented with a side of sauce.
Those who are seeking a fully flavored alternative to meat can choose the establishment’s Against The Grain Veggie Burger ($15.50). You can get this burger with tasty avocado slices, onion and lettuce.
Meanwhile, everyone loves pizza, and the restaurant does its versions in style, including The Brewmaster Pizza ($20). All of the elements, from the crust, to the sauce and the toppings blend together perfectly to create a taste sensation.
Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki deftly balances its dual roles of serving as both a brewery and a restaurant, focusing carefully on all the little touches that make up the magic of the experience.
Company officials stress that their values are staying true to local culture, cultivating aloha spirit, and caring for Hawaii’s community, its farmers and products. The business also has a passionate devotion to serving quality craft beer, featuring everything from dark to light brews to satisfy a variety of tastes.
