Excite your senses at Amuse Wine Bar, a place that will beckon you with its huge choice of flavors, wines and spirits.

Located adjacent to Stage Restaurant within Honolulu Design Center, Amuse Wine Bar provides a unique experience that foodies and drink connoisseurs alike will enjoy.

Executive chef Ron de Guzman delights diners with his world-inspired, local comfort cuisine, featuring dishes from around the world but with the addition of local ingredients and flavors.

Among the delectable foods available is Patatas Bravas ($10). This potato dish includes furikake and katsuoboshi, along with spicy mayo and smoked paprika.

Guests can also sink their teeth into the New York Steak ($28). The tender, juicy meat is enveloped with mushrooms and a truffle soy demi glaze.

The chef also offers his flavorful take on Escargot ($14). These delicacies are served with green butter, demi glace and Parmesan crisp. They are also accompanied with cauliflower puree and a toasted baguette.

Besides the exquisite cuisine at Amuse Wine Bar, the wine is also very fine and there are plenty of other beverages to keep your spirits up.

“We offer a wide selection of wines from our Enomatic Wine Machines which are the perfect playground for wine lovers of all levels. With over 80 selections by the glass, we aim to offer a wine for every occasion,” shares Elise Liu, wine program manager for Amuse Wine Bar and Stage Restaurant.

New York Steak ($28)

“We also offer an extensive selection of spirits, and are enthused to craft a wide range of cocktails — from the classics to the here and now,” Liu notes.

“We strive to share our knowledge and our passion for what we do with our guests — to help guide you to your best experience with us,” Liu adds.

Enjoy Amuse Wine Bar’s happy hour 5-6 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday for 50 percent off all of the wine machines. Live music starts each evening at 7 p.m., showcasing some favorite local artists.
