The recently re-envisioned Reflections Restaurant at Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach offers upscale elegance and a variety of delicious food in a tasteful setting. The food offerings are an exclusive collaboration between chefs Roy Wong and Shingo Kosaka as they bring quality high-end dining with a comfortable plantation feel.
For beef lovers, Reflections features such items as classic Prime Rib ($48 for 14-ounce cut; $68 for 22-ounce cut). Slow roasted to lock in flavor, it is served with au jus sauce, wasabi cream, creamed kale and garlic mashed potatoes.
Another especially flavorful beef option is Peppercorn Crusted Filet with Red Wine Shallot Sauce ($48) A juicy and tender cut of meat is coated with zesty pepper-corns then bathed in an accompanying sauce of red wine and shallots. Other steak options at Reflections Restaurant include a 12-ounce Ribeye ($38), 10-ounce Akaushi Wagyu NY ($55), 10-ounce Marinated Flat Iron Steak ($30) or 22-ounce Bone-in Ribeye ($62). Steaks can be prepared with the aforementioned Peppercorn Crusted with Red Wine Shallot Sauce or with Peppercorn Crusted with Diane Sauce, Herb Butter, Red Wine Demi, Chimichurri or Bleu Cheese.
Reflections Restaurant features an extensive 1,500-bottle wine cellar so you have plenty of options when choosing the right wine to accompany your meal. The restaurant seats up to 300 patrons at both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements and is an ideal dining destination for everything from corporate get-togethers to family gatherings and special occasions.
