Searching for a superb place to hold your early holiday party? Look no further than Fresco Italian Restaurant at Hilton Hawaiian Village — offering a winning combination of fresh flavor and modern flair.
“If you’re planning for early holiday gathering, we have three semi-private rooms that will be able to accommodate small to large parties,” shares Eileen Furuya, sales and marketing manager.
“We can also offer customized special menus and accommodate guests with special diet restrictions. Free self parking validation is also available up to four hours so you can even enjoy shopping or watch fireworks on Friday nights at the village!” adds Furuya.
Because a majority of guests are visitors to Oahu, executive chef Rodhel Ibay and his team at Fresco strove to create a menu offering something familiar to all visitors coming from any destination. This means familiar food, but blended with the finest locally grown fruits, herbs, vegetables, dairy products and even locally raised meats.
Each item on the restaurant’s course menu includes something from Hawaii inside of it.
The restaurant team is always working closely with producers to get what’s in season to offer the freshest ingredients.
Fresco currently offers a pleasing pair of Taste of Hawaii course menus through Dec. 20 to accommodate the early holiday party needs for families, friends and even companies. Both of these — a four-course and three-course menu — are perfect for special occasions.
For example, Fresco’s Taste of Hawaii three-course ($65 per person) starts with an island-sourced baby romaine Caesar salad.
Next up is an entree choice of either crab-crusted fresh catch of the day with roasted garlic cream sauce (called Pesce Del Giorno), or seared island beef tenderloin filet with shrimp and peppercorn brandy demiglace. Tiramisu for dessert rounds out the meal.
Capping off the festive season ahead, the restaurant also plans to run an upcoming special Holiday Course menu from Dec. 21 to Jan. 5.
