Caviar Parfait ($59)

STRIPSTEAK Waikiki, from award-winning chef Michael Mina, is introducing few new offerings just in time to kick off your holiday celebrations.

“At STRIPSTEAK Waikiki, we are always looking at ways to evolve our menu, keeping it interesting and enticing to encourage our diners to come back again and again,” says Justin Yu, general manager of STRIPSTEAK Waikiki. “One of the new highlights, chef Michael Mina’s Caviar Parfait ($59) really showcases what our restaurant is about. It’s an elegant and refined dish that will tantalize your taste buds.”

The Caviar Parfait consists of 12 grams of Siberian Reserve caviar that are served on top of a crispy potato cake, egg mimosa, smoked salmon and creme fraiche. Paired with a glass of champagne, it’s the perfect start to your meal.

Sunset Supper ($40)

Meat lovers will no doubt be drawn to the Washugyu Super Prime Steaks ($65 flat iron; $145 rib eye). Washugyu is a crossbreed of genuine Japanese Wagyu and American Black Angus cattle.

The superior result is the most highly rated American Wagyu in the United States, with 99.9 percent of Washugyu beef graded above USDA Prime. STRIPSTEAK Waikiki is one of the only restaurants in Hawaii to offer the finest cuts of Washugyu.

Pacific Reef Squid ($10)

STRIPSTEAK is offering several special three-course prix fixe menus throughout the rest of the year.

Now through Nov. 24, guests may enjoy a $59 menu to celebrate Restaurant Week Hawaii featuring their choice of main course: Daily Local Catch, USDA Prime New York Strip or USDA Prime Bone-In Kansas City Strip. The Thanksgiving menu ($79) presents options of Black Truffle-Stuffed Turkey Breast or Herb-Roasted USDA Prime Rib. There will be another special menu offered Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for $95.

HUNGRY FOR HAPPY HOUR

STRIPSTEAK Waikiki offers Happy Hour daily from 4 to 6 p.m. Among the offerings are Pacific Reef Squid ($10) with blistered shishito peppers and yuzu aioli. The newest addition to the menu is the STRIPSTEAK Double Double Burger ($21), featuring a double prime beef patty, a special secret sauce, American cheese and caramelized onions. For something even more substantial, the Sunset Supper ($40) includes a tuna handroll, duck fat fries, garlic spinach and a 12-ounce New York Stripsteak.
