As the country prepares to honor those who bravely serve America on Veterans Day tomorrow, The Kahala Hotel & Resort has prepared a special buffet available tonight at the iconic Plumeria Beach House that will feature multiple varieties of crab and a host of local favorites.
This spectacular Veterans Day weekend buffet is just $90 for adults and $45 for children ages 6-12 (tax and gratuity not included) and is available Sunday, Nov. 10, 5:30-10 p.m. Diners can look forward to an array of deluxe seafood choices including savory poached king crab legs, steamed Dungeness and snow crab legs as well as crab-infused potato salad.
Guests can also anticipate a selection of sashimi, poke and sushi as well as a seafood “hot pot” with shrimp, lobster, clams, Portuguese sausage, corn and potatoes. The iconic carving station will spotlight hand-sliced prime rib of beef, and the buffet will also include Norwegian salmon and roasted bone marrow, miso butterfish, fried furikake chicken and a variety of salads and appetizers.
The bountiful feast also includes an assortment of decadent desserts including “Patriotic” panna cotta, Boston cream pie and The Kahala’s signature bread pudding with anglaise.
In honor of those who serve the country, veterans, active duty military members and their families will receive a 15 percent discount (as a reminder, the discount does not apply to alcohol).
