Garlic Pea Tips ($14.95) resembles spinach, and this “unusual” vegetable is cooked until crispy and garlic accents the flavor as it features a different texture and a less bitter flavor. Chive Flower ($14.95) features the crispy vegetable that is not as potent as traditional chives and is tossed with clam meat, shredded pork or dry tofu. This particular dish pairs perfectly with one’s favorite beverage.

Guests may also enjoy Maple Garden’s gourmet buffet at lunch ($14.95, $7.95 for children ages 5-12) and dinner ($18.95, $9.50 for children ages 5-12). Guests can look forward to favorites including Hot & Sour Soup, Deep-Fried Gau Gee, Smoky Tea Duck, Black Bean Clams, Spicy Eggplant, Sweet & Sour Spareribs, Beef Broccoli and Steamed Fish Fillet, just to name a few. As a reminder, some buffet items are available exclusively Monday through Thursday, and selections are subject to change.
