Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach continues to “beef up” its menu by offering a limited number of Dining Memberships at its recently unveiled Reflections Restaurant.
The menu at Reflections Restaurant currently features a “build your own steak” segment which comes with two sides. The cuts of steak available are the 8-ounce Prime Filet ($48), 12-ounce Ribeye ($38), 10-ounce Akaushi Wagyu NY ($55), 10-ounce Marinated Flat Iron Steak ($30) or 22-ounce Bone-in Ribeye ($62). These steaks are prepared in the guest’s style of choice such as Peppercorn Crusted with Red Wine Shallot Sauce, Peppercorn Crusted with Diane Sauce, Herb Butter, Red Wine Demi, Chimichurri or Bleu Cheese.
Another possibility is to make it a “Surf & Turf” by adding half a Lobster Thermidor for $25.
This exclusive restaurant offers combined indoor and outdoor seating for 300 guests, who will experience fine dining at its best. It’s an idyllic location for family gatherings, corporate get-togethers or any special celebration.
If diners would like to enjoy a delectable meal following a game of golf, or for any other reason, they can experience the ambiance of the picturesque private dining area and lanai with views of the Hoakalei Country Club golf course.
The courteous and astute restaurant staff can assist guests to choose a favored glass of wine from the establishment’s 1,500-bottle wine cellar which can be paired with Reflections’ exquisite menu selections for lunch, dinner or a delicious dessert. This contemporary Pacific Rim fare at Reflections is created by Sankara Hotel & Spa Executive Chef Chiharu Takei and implemented by Chef Shingo Kosaka.

One of the succulent meat choices available at Reflections Restaurant in Hoakalei Country Club is Peppercorn Crusted Steak with Red Wine Shallot sauce. The juicy and tender cut of meat receives a zesty flavorful peppery coating and is bathed in the accompanying indulgent wine and shallot sauce.
