‘Fall’ in love with a seasonal perennial favorite

Seasonal fall-themed goods are now available at Dunkin’.

It’s the first day of September, and that means fall is just around the corner.

And Dunkin’ is heralding the imminent arrival of autumn with a plethora of pumpkin-flavored delights. You don’t even have to wait for Sept. 22, the official first day of fall. From donuts to muffins to lattes, Dunkin’ began offering these seasonal treats at locations nationwide Aug. 21, roughly a week earlier than in previous years.

This move is in response to U.S. consumers’ passion for all things pumpkin. Annual sales of pumpkin flavored products up 15.5 percent in 2018, setting an all-time high for the past five years. To help satisfy seasonal cravings, Dunkin’ is offering one of the largest varieties of pumpkin choices of any national restaurant chain.

Hot and iced Pumpkin Cinnamon Lattes ($4.19 each), Pumpkin Muffi n at top ($2.59), Pumpkin Donuts ($1.39 each) and Munchkins (35 cents each)

New for 2019 is the Pumpkin Cinnamon Latte ($4.19). Available hot or iced, the latest latte features pumpkin and cinnamon flavors, topped with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar topping. It’s a sweet sensation perfectly suited for seasonal sipping. Pumpkin flavor swirl can be also be added to other hot or iced coffees, including cold brew and espresso drinks, frozen coffee and frozen chocolate.

Returning again this year is the beloved Pumpkin Donut ($1.39). This glazed pumpkin cake donut can also be enjoyed as bite-size Munchkins donut hole treats (35 cents each or 10 for $2).

Another pumpkin-powered option is the Pumpkin Muffin ($2.59). A pumpkin spiced autumn delight, the muffin is topped with white icing and sweet streusel crumbs.

Craving something other than pumpkin? There’s always the classic Dunkin’ standby of a Cinnamon Donut ($1.39). Similar to a powdered sugar donut but with cinnamon added in, this donut’s mixture of sweet flavors make it the ideal partner to a cup of coffee.

Speaking of coffee, you can experience the taste of Dunkin’s pumpkin brew at home with Dunkin’s Pumpkin K-Cup Pods, available at participating Dunkin’ restaurants for a limited time. Pumpkin flavored K-Cup Pods and packaged coffee will also be available in grocery and other retailers nationwide as well as online at shop.dunkindonuts.com.
