By taking the Japanese sushi tradition to new heights, Genki Sushi continues to popularize kaiten sushi – translated to mean “revolving,” as the popular selections are served on a conveyor belt.

As part of the train-ordering process, diners can place orders via an updated, lightweight touch-screen panel and receive their fresh sushi favorites at their table.
With eight locations on Oahu, as well as eateries on Kauai, Maui and Hawaii island, Genki Sushi serves up flavorful sushi creations in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Diners may choose from a host of delicious sushi selections, rice bowls topped with local favorites, bento sets and even tasty desserts and beverages.
Some of the popular offerings include the Seared Spicy Ebi ($3.95) with ebi, garlic mayo and a spicy sauce. Genki Sushi also specializes in specialty rolls, including the colorful and tasty Dragon Roll ($5.95).
Spicy Tuna Bowl ($4.95) is another local favorite that as the small poke bowl is built with spicy ahi atop a bed of rice.
