Server Maria Dona, who has worked at New Eagle Cafe for many years, shares that one dish admired by customers is the Hawaiian Chopped Steak ($16).

This menu item arrives on the table on a sizzling hot platter with pieces of tender steak, combined with a mix of onions, bell peppers, celery and tomatoes.

Another meaty selection at the restaurant is the Prime Rib Sandwich ($15.95).

This features juicy slices of prime rib inside slices of fresh bread. Soup of the day and a dipping sauce of au jus accompany the sandwich.
