The Mandalay serves guests sophisticated Chinese cuisine within its spacious downtown Honolulu restaurant.
Throughout the year, the downtown Honolulu eatery oﬀers a vast array of delicious foods to its clientele, with items such as sweetly marinated BBQ Pork Char Siu, freshly crafted dim sum small bites, and tender Peking Duck with soft buns and plum sauce.
This comfortable establishment features a total seating capacity of 330, and private rooms can be configured with one, two, three or even five tables.
In addition, the kitchen is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, but the restaurant can stay open later for parties.
Free validated parking is available Monday through Friday after 5 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday across the street at Bishop Square. Paid (non-validated) public parking is available during the day Monday through Friday at Alii Place.
A GUILT-FREE PLATE
Biting into Mandalay Delight Salad ($42 for 10 people, $21 for five people) is an elegant way to begin one’s lunch or dinner. This dish includes shredded chicken and duck served alongside neatly sliced pieces of refreshing cantaloupe, green melon, apple and cucumber. The salad is accompanied by a dressing consisting of rich peanut butter and other seasonings. Customers are advised to order this carefully composed salad ahead of time to ensure availability.
