Whether you are looking to dine in or take out, Kapolei Chinese Restaurant’s menu provides both traditional Cantonese plates and unique specialty items. Restaurant owner Vincent Lum explains the menu isn’t solely inspired by the flavors of Hong Kong, as the eatery also caters to the tastes of locals. Head chef Li Wei Zhang, former co-owner and chef of Lam’s Garden in Kahala Mall, is cooking up divine South Chinese Cantonese dishes, pleasing even the most discriminating of palates.

Next, indulge in Roast Duck ($12.95 special), a hot, juicy plate of duck with tender skin cooked to golden perfection.
