The eatery has four friendly restaurants throughout Oahu — Moanalua Center, Mililani, Kapolei and Wind-ward Mall — which reward famished patrons with fresh, filling, flavorful cuisine.
Each Ruby Tuesday location boasts a complete menu featuring big, juicy burgers, tantalizing steaks, loaded sandwiches and shareable appetizers. Don’t forget that Ruby Tuesday also has its wildly popular garden bar salad combinations, chicken, pasta, ribs, seafood, chops and more. There is also a breakfast menu for early risers and a kids’ menu for the youngsters, and Ruby Tuesday provides catering service.
Rick Nakashima and Ted Davenport — two local boys from Hawaii Kai — are the owners of Ruby Tuesday Hawaii’s locations. They attended Kaiser High School and University of Hawaii at Manoa, so they definitely know what kamaaina crave.
Daniel Stock, kitchen manager for the Moanalua Center location that opened in 2006, shares that some of the top sellers there are the garden bar, ribs and smokehouse burgers. The restaurant has some new side dishes as well, such as sweet potato, cole slaw and dirty rice that are pleasing customers’ palates.
Stock shares that one popular event at Ruby Tuesday Moanalua is the seasonal ESPN live talk show, Call the Coach, featuring University of Hawaii sports coaches.
He also notes,”Something that makes us unique is we get to serve the people that serve our country,” adding that the restaurant is located close to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam military base.
