On Wednesday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Hokulei room, Pomaika‘i Ballrooms will host its highly anticipated Administrative Professionals Day luncheon for $45 per person. The special event will be hosted by “Da Kolohe Krew” of Shannon Scott and Mele Apana from Hawaiian 105 KINE and is set to feature entertainment from Kapena and A Touch of Gold. The menu will present local flavors and Pacific Rim cuisine crafted by executive chef Freddie Billena and his skilled culinary team.

Reservations can be made by calling 695-4496 or 695-4379, and the last day to hold and pay for seats at this popular event is Monday, April 23.

The flavorful buffet will feature an array of enticing entrée choices, including Hoisin Braised Short Ribs, Chicken Marsala and a robust pasta bar featuring linguine, Italian sausage, assorted grilled vegetables, marinara sauce, white clam sauce and garlic cheese bread. Guests also can enjoy Mushroom Soup, and a salad bar featuring macaroni potato salad, spinach salad, sliced fresh seasonal fruits, brown rice and edamame salad.

For dessert, the buffet will sweeten things up with the pastry chef’s selection of French pastries, the ever-popular Warm Vanilla-Raisin Bread Pudding and additional dessert favorites, along with an array of refreshing beverages.
