At GRYLT, one can expect to find “good food that’s good for you,” which translates to healthy bites that will not only nourish you, but also retain all of their naturally rich flavors.
With three locations on Oahu, including one in the Ala Moana Center’s Makai Market Food Court, the eatery is able to cater to a variety of shoppers and diners around the island, providing them with a plethora of healthy dishes to choose from after a long day. Plus, there are options for every appetite, including veggie-lovers.
The vegetarian-friendly Tofu Wrap ($9.07) features a grilled spinach tortilla wrap that holds together organic, non-GMO tofu, along with fresh local vegetables — lettuce, tomato and balsamic onions — all lightly seasoned with Hawaiian sea salt and black pepper.
Round out your meal by adding a cup of soup ($2.86 with meal; $3.82 alone). When Dining Out stopped by the Ala Moana location, the soup of the day was Cream of Mushroom, which is made from scratch with an abundance of fresh button mushrooms, heavy cream and chicken bouillon. Or, add a side of Baby Romaine ($2.15) for a crisp salad addition that’s served with a honey lime dressing.
SMITTEN FOR CHICKEN
GRYLT continues to serve “good for you” dishes that present fresh, healthy ingredients. With just a light seasoning of Hawaiian sea salt and black pepper, the natural flavors are able to shine through on each plate. For lunch, enjoy a Chicken Sandwich ($9.79) showcasing grilled chicken breast with fresh local vegetables and a toasted sesame-seed bun. And, there’s more ways to enjoy GRYLT with its meal prep program, Built by GRYLT, which offers diners customizable meal prep options that make eating healthy easy and exciting.
