Dive into fresh seafood dishes and more when you decide to dine at Uncle’s Fish Market & Grill.
“Our seafood is extremely fresh and sourced daily from the Honolulu Fish Auction, just steps away from our restaurant,” shares director of restaurant operations Brian McKelvey.
The eatery, which has a history that delves into a long line of fishermen, or “Uncle’s,” that the founder named the restaurant after, will be debuting a collection of new dishes, according to McKelvey.
Cast your line and catch iconic dishes featuring alluring ahi, such as Uncle’s Original Poke Tower ($19.50),
Uncle’s Award-Winning Garlic Ahi ($25) and, last, but not least, Ahi Poke Trio ($22) with kukui nut pesto ahi poke topped with local fried ogo, fresh ahi poke with green onions, and spicy ahi poke with a sprinkling of fried onions.
“These dishes showcase this amazing fish in a variety of different ways, from clean and fresh to savory and spicy,” says McKelvey. “These dishes have become our signature items and keep people coming back for more.”
