One thing you should do this year is try Yellow Cab Pizza Co., if you haven’t already.
The New York-style restaurant is fairly new — the eatery opened its doors last January — but it has already earned great street credibility.
General manager Maly San Luis notes there are many fan favorites, such as Four Seasons Pizza ($9.95 for 10-inch; $13.95 for 14-inch; $17.95 for 18-inch) and Chicken Alfredo Pasta ($8.95), which keep customers coming back for more.
Another item diners can’t get enough of is Yellow Cab’s Big Apple Pizza, which features fresh red apples, smoked bacon, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers and onions. This delicious creation was unveiled during the holidays as a seasonal dish, but is now making its way to the daily menu.
“It’s doing so well, so it’s going to be on our permanent menu,” San Luis explains.
Something that won’t be available for much longer is the eatery’s Big Apple Combo ($25.50). The combo (only available until mid-January) comes with a 10-inch Big Apple Pizza, Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta — which features peanuts, shiitake mushrooms and strips of chicken tossed in a bed of noodles — and six pieces of Garlic Parmesan Wings.
