Opt for a different Thanksgiving feast

Switch up your protein this holiday season with a succulent steak.

As much as Americans love eating turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy on Thanksgiving Day, there’s something wonderful about having the option to eat through an extensive Thanksgiving menu at Ruby Tuesday. For one day only on Thursday, Nov. 23, all Ruby Tuesday locations in Hawaii will be offering special, limited-time dishes that’ll expand your Thanksgiving palate to include much more than the traditional holiday bird.

There’s Baby Back Ribs, Shrimp Fondue, Spinach Dip, steaks, cheeseburgers and much more. You can start with the crispy Chicken Wings ($11.99) with your choice of hot or mild sauce.

Barbecue Ribs

There’s also Hickory Bourbon Salmon ($22.29) for a healthier option, which includes a griddled salmon fillet glazed with Ruby Tuesday’s special bourbon-barbecue sauce. The barbecue ribs ($18.29 for half a rack, $25.59 for a full rack) also is a crowd favorite. Slow-cooked for hours, the tender ribs are guaranteed to fall off the bone with each bite, and you can choose between the Memphis dry rub, classic barbecue or mango kiawe barbecue sauces.

And if you’re still feeling traditional, have your Turkey ($22.95) with macadamia nut sweet bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and roasted vegetables.

“Come visit and leave all the work and worries to us,” says Rick Nakashima, co-owner of Ruby Tuesday Hawaii. “You’ll love our Thanksgiving Day feast and be able to enjoy more (time) with family and friends!”
