GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS FRESH CATCH
Experience a casual, yet elevated dining experience at La Hiki Kitchen at Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina for dinner. Start the night off with Ahi Poke ($21), featuring cubes of ahi sitting on a sauce of shiso and yuzu, and topped with radish sprouts, scallions, shaved Maui onion and buckwheat kernels.
The eatery’s executive sous chef, Richard Polhemu, shares that he tries to incorporate as much local produce in the dishes, which is evident in one of the most popular entree choice: Miso Glazed Black Cod ($44). This succulent fish is glazed with miso and sake, and rests on a bed of quinoa, local corn, macadamia nuts and an organic vegetable salad with local carrots and fennel.
