International House Of Pancakes, aka IHOP, is famous for its breakfast served all day, but there also are many other good reasons to stop in.
In addition to its breakfast favorites — including pancakes, crepes, French toast, waffles, omelets, breakfast meats and more — the family restaurant chain also serves popular lunch and dinner items. Only in Hawaii will you find Loco Moco ($12.49) at IHOP. It’s not listed on the regular menu, but this local favorite is available anytime.
The family-friendly neighborhood restaurant also has a Kids Eat Free promotion every day from 4 p.m. to closing, offering one free children’s meal with the purchase of one adult entree. And those of age can bring their own beer and wine (no corkage fee).
DECONSTRUCTED BURGER
Cheeseburger Omelet ($16.99) is IHOP’s latest creation. With ingredients similar to that of the American classic, Cheeseburger Omelet is made with 100-percent USDA Choice beef, hash browns, fresh tomatoes, American cheese and onions. It’s also topped with ketchup, mustard and pickles.
