Morton’s The Steakhouse has provided the country’s taste buds with grade-A Prime steaks for nearly 40 years. Today, the steak masters are scattered throughout about 70 locations, each offering a divine menu and a sophisticated — yet comfortable — atmosphere.

The elegant restaurant opened at Ala Moana Center in 2001, and has since been providing quality food and service to tourists and locals alike.

The steak house, however, offers more than just beef cooked to perfection. Additionally, its menu is well rounded with quality seafood, mouthwatering appetizers, sweet desserts and chic drinks. For example, Morton’s Lobster Mac and Cheese ($25) is a goto for many guests seeking upscale comfort food. The dish presents curls of cavatappi pasta, tossed with rich cheddar cheese and fresh lobster meat, and is finished off with panko breadcrumbs and even more cheese. It’s then baked until hot and bubbling.

SPRING INTO SEASONAL EATS

April 5 brought in a tasty new era at Morton’s The Steak-house with the introduction of new Seasonal Selections. One noteworthy entree is Snake River Farms Wagyu Filet Mignon with Herbed Tallow Butter. Priced at $69, guests will receive a juicy 7-ounce slab of wagyu filet mignon, topped with tallow butter made from the wagyu meat’s sumptuous fat. This luxurious topping is made even better with herbs and spices. If your mouth isn’t already watering, it will be when you start with Burrata Mango Salad and include one of Morton’s seasonal sides like Cipollini Onions.
