Among the most popular menu items at Romano’s Macaroni Grill are Mama’s Trio, Chicken Parmesan and Tuscan Ribeye. Also a favorite is Butternut Squash Tortellacci (vegetarians can order it without prosciutto) with four cheese-stuffed tortellacci, Asiago cream, butternut squash and Parmesan.

Romano’s has tasty options for vegetarians, such as Mushroom Ravioli ($17) featuring porcini-stuffed fresh pasta, caramelized onions, mushrooms and a marsala cream sauce; and Caprese salad ($12) with vine ripened tomatoes, imported buffalo mozzarella, basil and a honey balsamic glaze.
